I found this VHS cassette while cleaning my office this week. This "Found Footage" comes from a video tape I received from Apple back in 1984 when the original 128K Mac was introduced. It was part of the authorized dealer training videos given to each store to help them become familiar with the Macintosh. You will see a very young Burrell Smith, Andy Hertzfeld, Phil Gibbons, Mitch Kapor, Bill Gates and Steve Jobs. You really get a good feel for how proud and excited these people were for the creation of something special. Little did they know how much they were about to change the world...This is part 2 of 2

Apple II Forever http://tonybo.3lavie.com/items/view/38/apple-ii-forever

While the Macintosh was still in "The First 100 Days" of launch mode, a new product in the Apple II family was announced -- the Apple IIc. Remember folks, the Apple II family "paid the party" and created a positive revenue stream and profits while the Macintosh was getting established. Without the Apple IIe and Apple IIc sales, the Macintosh could not have happened. So, enjoy this segment from the April 1984 Apple IIc rollout conference at the Moscone Center in California. - Alfred

Woz Presents the Apple Historical Museum http://tonybo.3lavie.com/items/view/39/woz-presents-the-apple-historical-museum

Steve Wozniak, the inventor of the personal computer, provides us with a tour of historical Apple II products. An absolutely classic video clip from my video collection. This was on my Apple IIc rollout VHS tape, from 1984.

Please visit http://www.woz.org for more information on the incredible Steve Wozniak. Also, make sure you check out his new book, "iWoz".

And don't forget to watch past the end credits. More to come! - Alfred

PS: This segment was posted with permission by Steve Wozniak.

unique Mac Plus with signatures http://tonybo.3lavie.com/items/view/26/unique-mac-plus-with-signatures

I purchased my first computer in 1985. It was the first revision of the original Macintosh--a Mac Plus. About that time I also began my photography career and was assigned to photograph Apple luminaries. On a couple of occasions I brought along my Mac to be used as a prop and afterwards had the subjects sign the bottom of the case. Signatures seen here include Steve Jobs, Andy Hertzfeld, Mike Boich, Joanne Hoffman, Patti Kenyon, Guy Kawasaki, Larry Keenan and Steve Capps. I still have the computer, manuals and discs and could be tempted to sell for the right offer. Scroll down the following link to see a photo of my computer along with some members of the original Mac team mimicing a characteristic Jobs pose. http://www.folklore.org/ProjectView.py?project=Macintosh&ind...
